From Adtitude to Project X

From Ad-titude to Project X

Hey everyone! Welcome to Episode 8 of my newsletter. Let’s dive in!

Since got an exit from Reviuo, I’ve been busy with Adtitude - Video production and Personal branding Agency and RapitPro ( which is already running on autopilot ). Working at Adtitude has been a fantastic learning experience. I’ve made great friends like MD and Praps and discovered the true value of teamwork. Our Core team at Adtitude is a group of five: Sudarsan, Tharun, MD, Praps, and me. We follow some systems and standards here that are new to me, but they’re helping us move forward.

In Adtitude, We build digital authority for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creators, specialise in all things video production and generate high-quality B2B leads.

Our first video has gained traction on social media, and everything is running smoothly.

But I keep wondering, “What’s next?”

I’ve been exploring various startup ideas, such as tools for WhatsApp automation, Shopify apps, and LinkedIn automation. Although none of these ideas have taken off yet, I’m still pursuing them.

At the same time in Adtitude, we’ve run into some challenges with managing social media content calendars for our clients. Communication issues and escalations have impacted both our clients and our internal team. I asked my cofounder if other agencies face similar issues, and he confirmed they do. I also discussed this with my friend Sriram, who offered a perspective I hadn’t considered. It made me think about the potential and need for a solution.

So, I’m taking on this challenge with a new project I’m calling Project X. I’m developing it while continuing my work at Adtitude. I’ve talked to many founders and validated the idea, and I’m excited about what it could become.

Here’s a lesson I’ve learned: “Opportunities don’t happen. You create them.” It’s crucial to stay curious and find ways to address real problems.

Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more updates!
